For our client AIRBUS Operations GmbH, we are currently looking for a specialist in the fields of procurement and supply chain. The jobholder ensures the transmission of Customer Services requirements to the multifunctional teams and also secures the transfer to the MFT leader if escalation needed.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Ensure that the MFT leader takes into account customer services requirements and integrates target cost given by SMM1 in Price negotiation for spares catalogues
  • Contribution including the supply chain and Customer Services standpoint the validation of the Transfer of Work business cases (NRCs & Rcs)
  • Ensure appropriate management of risks and escalation prior to transfer of work decision
  • Participate to new suppliers pre-assessments, perform risk analysis and develop the required reports
  • Support supply chain operations in risk monitoring and performance follow-up
  • Ensure that industrial development and milestones are met according to Airbus processes (Transfer of Work process and requirements GRAMS)

Ihr Profil

  • Degree in economics or industrial engineering
  • Min. 3 years experience in procurement, customer service, logistics and supply chain environment
  • Min. 1 year experience in the aerospace and aviation industry
  • Very good knowledge in MS Office
  • Fluent negotiating skills in German and English
  • Interest to presentation skills in commercial supply chain and quality matters
  • Strong international communication and negotiation skills as well as the ability to work in a team
