For our client AIRBUS Operations GmbH we are currently looking for a specialist in the field of IT. The main attention lays on core and complementary tasks within the scope of Front-End devices (PCs, Workstations) and printing.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Definition and planning of the required test & integration environment for complicated IS solutions
  • Coordination of integration and acceptance tests as well as fault analysis
  • Support of the pilot phases of IS solutions, apply for the distribution of software in the technical department, perform testing and tracing, ensure the availability of Service Level Description (SLD) and its implementation into a Service Level Agreement (SLA)
  • Analyze the requirements of technical departments and the associated business processes
  • Temporary management of medium-scale IS projects
  • Incident- and Problem Management, Change and Request Management
  • Integrate and introduce solutions into future IS solutions
  • IS Service, Supplier- and Risk Management incl. monitoring of rendered supplier services (reporting, status reports, etc.)
  • Contribution to the analysis of repercussions of identified risks and preparation of risk avoidance strategies in cooperation with technical departments, integration of risk management strategies in IS projects

Ihr Profil

  • Degree in information technology
  • Min. 1 year experience in management of suppliers
  • Deep understanding of IT topics
  • Fluent in German and good in English
  • Ability to work as an independent member of a transnational team
  • Autonomous,  able to self manage
