Quality Manager - A350 Cabin & Cargo (m/f)

For our client AIRBUS Operations GmbH, we are currently looking for a specialist in the field of Quality Management.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Control the process performance and the product adherence to standards
  • Drive the initial Design phase, continuously through the life of a product and before any process changes are made
  • Support the deployment of nonconformance process & tools for PDT Cabin & Cargo A350
  • Ensure the quality of the teams in charge to steer the development of the Cabin & Cargo components by the supplier
  • Act as focal point for programme quality
  • Plan the Quality activities for the organization CT
  • Support the CT leader to reach its Quality objectives
  • Organize & coordinate the quality teams involved in the CT (Design Quality, procurement, Quality)
  • Deploy the quality reviews, measurement & reportings needed to give visibility on the development quality
  • Coordinate all nonconformance activities in the perimeter of "A350 Fuselage & Cabin" in accordance with A350 Programme objectives
  • Execute and coordinate systematically investigation of root data on Non Conformances to support  root cause analysis
  • Develope and deploy the appropriate preventive counter measures
  • Prepare formal nonconformance status for relevant milestone meetings
  • Set priorities, support and follow up the drumbeat activities of all functions working on nonconformance problem solving
  • Support nonconformance tools deployment
  • Support Cost-of-Non-Quality-activities

Ihr Profil

  • Degree in Aerospace Engineering, General Engineering or Economics
  • Several years professional experiences in Quality Management
  • Knowledge about Airbus nonconformance management rules and processes and tools
  • Good knowledge in MS Office
  • Fluent negotiating skills in German and English
