Customer Order Specialist (m/f)

For our client AIRBUS Operations GmbH, we are currently looking for a specialist in the field of logistics.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Management of the material and logistic for worldwide customers spare parts orders
  • Management of Airbus customer and supplier facing order related communication with airlines and other customers and suppliers
  • Order management and handling, facilitation of the global stock dispatch and implementation of quality checks
  • Parts sourcing from Airbus partner companies including monitoring of the procurement and withdrawal process form production lines, suppliers or Airbus global stores
  • Derivability of solutions and taking decisions to ensure on-time material delivery to meet customer expectations
  • Other activities include, but are not limited to, clarification of spares technical queries (documentation), material logistics and service product support, resolution of commercial and financial issues, repair of aircrafts and retrofit or maintenance material support on/off site

Ihr Profil

  • Completed apprenticeship as Industrial Clerk, Wholesale and Export Clerk or completed studies in Economics
  • At least 2 years experience in procurement and customer service
  • At least 1 year experience in logistics, supply chain and transportation
  • Good knowledge in SAP R/3
  • Fluent German and Englisch skills required
  • Willingness to work in a 3-shift-system and on standby as required within shift responsibilities
