Customer Order Specialist (m/f)

For our client Airbus Operations GmbH, we are currently looking for specialists in the field of logistics.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Material and logistics management for worldwide customers´spare parts orders
  • Management of Airbus customer / supplier facing order related communication with airlines, MRO's, and other customers and suppliers
  • Order management / handling, facilitate global stock despatch, quality checks, parts sourcing from Airbus partner companies including monitoring of the procurement / withdrawal process form production lines, suppliers or Airbus' global stores
  • Derive solutions and take decisions to ensure on-time material delivery to meet customer expectations
  • Clarification of spares technical queries (documentation), material logistics and service product support, commercial / financial issue resolution, aircraft repairs / retrofit / maintenance material support on / off site

Ihr Profil

  • Degree in economics or industrial engineering or completed apprenticeship as industrial clerk or wholesale and export clerk
  • Minimum 3 years professional experience in procurement and customer service in the aviation industry
  • Good knowledge of Airbus organisation and internal Airbus processes
  • Good knowledge of SAP R/3
  • Willingness to work in a 3-shift-system and on standby as required within shift responsibilities
  • Fluent in English and good German level required
